Steve and Kim Mac Isaac founded Utowna Associates in 1998 to address the emerging needs for Project Management consulting and training services in Northern New England. Almost immediately Utowna became associated with the local chapter of the Project Management Institute and helped the chapter triple its membership and establish many new programs. Utowna approached several educational instructors and formed a relationship with the University of New England to introduce a Project Management Certificate program. The certificate program has grown from two courses to its present seven courses and is viewed as the premier Project Management program in the state of Maine. Utowna’s staff has been recruited for their very unique PM process and people skills. Utowna assembles very talented teams and/or individuals to undertake the training and consulting work that has become Utowna’s distinctive niche.
